There are a few reasons as to why your log in e-mail and password combination may not be working. These include (but are not limited to):
- The wrong e-mail address was submitted (eg: you provided a work e-mail address instead of the e-mail address you use to access your globeandmail.com account).
- The wrong password was submitted. If you have forgotten your password go to https://sec.theglobeandmail.com/account/#!/recover.
- Passwords are case-sensitive. If you have not entered the correct case, your password will not be recognized.
