To request a renewal invoice or a receipt, please email customercare@globeandmail.com

Alternativelty, you can use our General Inquiry
 Form and specify the dates of the invoice/receipt required. Please allow 5-10 business days for completion of the document. To ensure you receive it as soon as possible, provide your fax number or preferably, an email address we can issue the statement to.
